Healthier Food Alternatives & Losing Weight in Target Areas


I've started working out (Low Impact, Pilates, Yoga & walking) recently and have tried to be conscience of the foods that I am putting into my body but I'll admit that I'm still really struggling! I'm a stress eater and feel that I've been getting a lot better at that. I've also read a few blogs by Kelli and am trying to adapt the mentality of eating better to be healthier and not just skinny while not going on a "militant" diet and making it unenjoyable. I'm trying not to limit myself so much that I can't enjoy having the things that I like and I'm trying to take on the approach of "everything in moderation". I've felt really good lately but I'd be lying if I said I don't want to lose some weight and just be healthy. I do want to lose weight, especially in my thighs and belly, and I also want to find the best, healthy snacks so that when I'm at work (an office job) I don't find myself wanting the bad stuff! I don't know, I just feel like I need a little guidance.
