I took a break from doing continuing ed to do some winter hiking. I mostly hike in the spring/summer/fall, but recently extended it into the winter. I really love it! It's so peaceful and beautiful. I love snow (unless I'm driving in a snow storm). It's been quite cold here in Michigan, but I dress warmly for it.
