Kickboxing 🥊

I used to think I didn’t like kickboxing. But lately I’ve been a bit stressed with work and being around a LOT of family and Y’ALL. Kickboxing has been my GO TO.

Turns out, kicking and punching reallllly helps lol.

I’ve been working up a huge sweat with the new(ish) FB Plus kickboxing video and I LOVE IT.

It helps me get out of my head because the different moves take a lot of focus, and the physicality (without being too high impact) helps me get rid of anxious energy.

Anyone else have a newfound (or just in general!) love for kick boxing??
