LOVING the new program! What a difference it has made to my body!
So hi guys! I changed my user name I used to be sophieb (I think) 😂 And I've posted on here a few (too many) times! Ha! Anyways I'm half way through the new program that's out and I'm LOVING IT! And today ****drum roll please** I HAVE REALISED I HAVE TEENY TINY BABY ABS!!! Oh my goodness the difference upping my strength training has made!!!! I can't believe it!!! So here's a pic because I'm way too excited to not share 😂 Also straight after taking this picture I went and brought a donut to celebrate. Send help. I have no self control. Hope everyone is smashing their goals!!! And thanks Kelli and Daniel I am, for once, in love WITH MYSELF!
