next up - 2 week kickboxing challenge with my 2.5lb ankle weights and my adjustable wrist weights i got in on wednesday -0.5-5.5 in .5lb increments!

stilllll (im)patiently waiting on my Bowflex weights- 43 days down, 77 days to go haha. i definitely need them. my weights i have at home now are not challenging me anymore -i did 6 days a week for the last 3 weeks and i dont feel sore or tired at all. 👎🏻 which is why i chose the kickboxing just to do something different
