Week 2 of #FBMass complete!

Hi guys!

So, week two of FBMass complete! 🥳 (well, the workouts anyway 😅)

I can already see an improvements in my body shape and my weight is holding steady. Really really enjoying the meal plan still which I’m doing parallel to the workouts. I can thoroughly recommend doing it.

Two more weeks to go.... already planning what workout programme to do next 🤪
