I just want my strength back

I've been back since a week after a setback of 6-7 months . I've taken long breaks even before this...but this time it's been really bad. I wonder WHY? I am struggling to do even the basic moves which were so easy earlier... Ive lost all the stamina,form,strength... Of course I've gained weight in these months of inactivity... But now I JUST WANT MY STRENGTH BACK....
