Before fb I was counting calories and I had a strict diet. It was hard and stressful at times. I had gained 18-20 lbs. I pretty much eat real food and I work out 5 days and 1 day I do some type of flexibility work out. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong. I just know that with my weight loss I lost some muscle mass. I feel good except the number in the scale. I do got to say I do eat when I’m hungry and I eat food. Has anyone experienced this? What were your feelings and thoughts of it? What did you do? What changes do I need to make? I feel bad because of the weight gained. Please comment below.
