Mixing up the blender options

Today I did not workout in the morning but went for a short walk for 25 minutes with the dog. Dog did not want long walk. By 3 pm I was feeing sluggish and tired and that's when I usually head for the kitchen and eat too many snacks or fruit. ...or fill in the blank. I am someone who strives on structure and routine...

And instead I thought why not have a FB snack? I did NOT want to work out. I told myself I could do half the workout but I did 45 minutes and felt so revived WORKOUT COMPLETE!!. I am now going to use this strategy so that I know if I miss a morning I can mix it up! I also found I no longer craved the snacks!
