Are the rest day rules the same during lockdown?

Hello everyone!

So I know rest days are very important, in order to rebuild muscle and joint tissue. But I'm wondering whether exactly the same rules apply during a time when my workouts are the absolute only physical activity I do all day? Usually, I would walk to work for example, on the weekends I would go meet some friends, do some light form of physical activity like playing ping-pong or something, have a long walk in the city maybe. You get the idea.

In brief, my question is: do the exact same rules apply, when planning workouts and rest days, during periods of time when our general mobility is very limited as during the periods of time when we get to move around during the day?

Edit: of course, in the case of working out every day, the rule of letting the muscle group you worked last rest would still apply.
