Push-up Group - Week 6: Check in

Hello fellow pushers,

how are you doing?

We had quite the snow storm over there, which made some adjustments to my training plan necessary. Why? Well, my arms were quite sore from all the snow shovelling. So I took my rest days on Monday and Tuesday and did some push-ups yesterday, will definitely do mine for today later, but given that I shovelled some more snow this afternoon, it might be that I have to take a rest day tomorrow. It is what it is right, you make adjustments where necessary.

Another adjustment I needed to make was with regards to planks. I just did not feel like doing 3 planks during my training. So I swapped the exercise for shoulder taps.

Did you have to make adjusments to your training?
