Shout-out to the "Surprise Me" function😎

While there are so many features that I love about FB Plus, I'd like to give a particular shout-out today to the "Surprise Me" function😏 It really helps me enjoy workout more!

Since I usually work out for 50-60 mins a day, before joining FB Plus the only FB programs I tried were FB Fit R1 and R2. Adding short extra workouts to less-than-50-minute-long programs was not really an option I considered because it sounded like a headache to do it everyday. Now it's a breeze though with the FB Plus. I just set up some filters that fit the purpose of each day, click "Surprise Me", and do whatever popping out first! I've been excitedly trying shorter challenges that used not to be in consideration before. This week I'm on the FB Plus Burn challenge :)

To me waiting for something random coming up is a big fun itself. It also gets me tackle workouts that I know I don't like so otherwise avoid, for example yoga (I have awful flexibility.) To be fair these are benefits that any FB programs/challenges share but why not doubling?😎

It's been very joyous to find hidden gems, especially some old videos that haven't been included in any programs or challenges. Seeing how few comments there are it must have been only rarely visited, but I really loved this one because it consists of many uncommon exercises. (Figure "4" leg raises is a must-try!) This may not be the most effective core routine, but definitely is something you want to try when you're sick of exercises that commonly appear in hundreds and thousands of abs workout videos. It was a big mental challenge not knowing how long intervals and rest periods were!
