Years ago I was able to give up soda and sugary drinks by drinking carbonated water. I find it to be such a great alternative.
Though, chips? I don't know what to substitute it with or how to stop craving them as I eat them excessively even when I try to portion. I've tried rice cakes, carrots, and I guess strawberries but I think I need something thin and crunchy or something similar. I don't know.
What are your cravings and how do you curb them?
