Finally

After years of being a subscriber of FB, I’ve finally completed a workout program. I’ve always started out going too fast and too hard, inevitably I would get injured, and then I was unable to workout at all. It was an endless cycle. Finally, after years, I’ve committed to go slow and “meet my body where it’s at”, as Kelly said in one video, and going slow allowed me to actually complete it. Still sore and a challenge, but (mostly) everyday I put in the work and have lost over 4 inches. Today, I completed the beginner program 💪🏼 Happy day!
