February abs2 challenge day 8 (nutrition)

Holy moly macaroni! Active static abs is a whole other level of HARD!! I am sweaty and uncomfortable and sooo relieved it’s over 🥵. Afterwards I treated myself to a quick upperbody strength workout and some time on my pull-up bar - haha I needed to do something that would make me feel strong 😂.

Let’s talk nutrition! How are y’all fuelling yourself for working out + everyday activities? I’ve been vegan for almost a year now but have recently switched it up to a whole foods (mostly raw) plant based diet and have seen incredible results in terms of health. I have VERY sensitive skin; prone to redness, rashes and Eczema and they have basically all healed. I also feel less sluggish after eating and feel absolutely no guilt whatsoever (in terms of the effects the food I’m eating has on my body and on the environment as a whole). I am very happy that at the age of 18 I have found a way of eating that I believe I will maintain for the rest of my life.
