FB Complete Day 22

this morning i did the 4/5 option just because its monday haha and whew what a workout! i did have my ankle weights on for the hiit!

i moved the 5/5 option to friday and moved fridays workout to saturday since its much longer. this last week is definitely a good one!

i ordered adjustable wrist weights yesterday -0.5-5.5 in .5 increments! i am going to do the kickboxing challenge next and always used weights at the gym! 💪🏻

still waiting (im)patiently for my bowflex weights haha
