Week 6- goal evaluation

So, this week I tried to eat healthy without following the mealplan. I did pretty good, but my weight loss did stall a little. I ate less fruit/veggies during the day. So I am going to try it by myself for one more week and if the results are the same next week, I will plan some mealplan days for week 7.

I am enjoying LI round 2 and walked quite a bit last week. I was doing walkdowns this morning and they went pretty well, so that is a NSV.

This week's plans: make better plans for breakfast and lunch so my intake is healthier and more balanced than last week:

*incorporate more beans into my lunches

*check out how bread fits into my plan (in the mealplan there are a lot of tortilla's instead of bread).

*Incorporate healthy snacks so I don't get the munchies

I am okay with this week not being the greatest. It was okay. "You need a lot of shots on goal. Not everything will work, but some of it will."

Try to go for another 3 walks in the snow, I enjoyed the walk this morning.
