Burpees!

I totally thought my burpees days were over. It had been YEARS since I’d done them fully and working out with FB for the last several years I’ve just kinda figured, meh, I’ll stick with the low impact. It’s just as good. Then last week I got kind of an itch to challenge that notion - and what do you know - burpees like a boss. At 43, thankyouverymuch...

Now... what else can I do?!?
