FB Complete Week 3 complete!

completed this week by doing the 1000cal workout today. did the strength training, then the kickboxing, then abs.

i really edited this week - i definitely need my bowflex weights! 💪🏻 as i do not feel challenged anymore

looking forward to week 4!

i started thinking about whats next. i think while im stillll waiting for my weights(35 days down,85 days to go 😂) im gonna do the 2 week kickboxing challenge next just for something different. i already have my 2.5lb ankle weights but i just started looking at either wrist weights or 1/2 lb weights which i always used at the gym 💪🏻
