February abs2 challenge day 5 (rest days)

Holy smokes! We did it! Made it through the first week of fb abs round 2. First props is that we showed up! Second props for me is that I really tried to push myself to the end of those core intervals. What are you most proud of yourself for accomplishing this week?

Today’s workout was a kickboxing and upperbody strength with Kelli but I substituted it for another video with the same format but with Daniel instead https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/intense-hiit-cardio-kickboxing-and-upper-body-strength-workout - I just enjoy this one more.

My arms feel plump, sore and amazing 😆

I’ve decided that I would like to add in an extra workout on day 6 so I am planning to do an extra HIIT workout tomorrow morning since there was only 2 this week.

How is everyone planning to enjoy their rest day?

Currently my rest days have not been restful since I always schedule them on my busiest workday! Haha not working out just gives me an extra 30mins to cook my dinner 😂
