FB 30 R4 day 5 yay!

One week done of higher impact and strength. I've made time every morning and still got to work on time.

One exercise I've found I can't do is the side plank dip and kick. I'm not strong enough to do it from my feet, and it hurts to lean on my knee that way, both of them so I end up just doing the kick part and holding my abs tight. I did 1 real rep on each side before switching to just kicks. Anyone else struggle with this exercise?
