Sleep Advice?

Hello Blender Peeps!

I was wondering if you all had any advice on how to stay asleep. I can fall asleep pretty easily but my problem is staying asleep. Lately, I always end up waking up between 1:00am and 4:00am and staying awake without being able to fall back asleep usually. I always go on my phone and watch YouTube or play games which kind of helps but kind of doesn't. The light does wake the brain up in a way. It gets frustrating because whenever I lose sleep I end up taking some long two to three maybe even long hour naps during day. Personally, I don't like taking naps because it takes away from the day and also I don't do anything crazy. Since I can't workout at the moment it's kind of frustrating.

What do you guys do to help yourselves fall alseep and stay asleep other than stretching? Thank you in advance!
