Push-up Group - Week 5: Check in

Hello fellow pushers,

how is it going?Have you set your February goals? What are yours? I have heard from some of you last, week. Maybe someone else wants to chime in?

As you can see my goal is to do 2-3 push-ups with good form. On Monday, when I tested myself, I was able to do 2 in a row with good form (so fulfilled my January goal). I can also do 3 push-ups in a row, but form is not that great yet. But I feel if training goes as planned, I might get there by the end of the month. Main problem is still trying to get low enough. The negative push-ups definitely help. I have even considered swapping my trainings to include more negative push-ups, but will see how things are going the first days.

What do you feel is the largest challenge training for push-ups?

Also, this challenge is open to everyone - set yourself a realistic push-up training goal and go for it. Your training goal does not need to be every day training nor does it have to include full push-ups at all (as wall-pushups have been part of this challenge before).
