February abs2 challenge day 4 (post workout)

Despite much protest from my self saboteur I did show up for Daniels core isolation routine yesterday. I didn’t quite feel the T stabilisations so I substituted them for 1 round of bicycle crunches and 1 round of Kelli’s snow angles. This morning after today’s lower body routine I looked in the mirror and I think I’m noticing some “newbie gains” in my midsection! It’s tighter than it’s ever been before.

What has been your go to snack post workout?

Since it’s summer here in NZ I have been enjoying banana nice cream which is simply frozen banana, coconut cream, walnuts and cinnamon! Super refreshing.

I also need to find ways to get more veggies in! Haha despite being a vegan, I still don’t enjoy eating veggies, so I’ve found a recipe for a green smoothie I’ll try today.
