Didn't miss this monday! 🤗

I'm spending the week at Coco Beach (arrived saturday) and wanted to get a w/o in today. I did the same 3 video Lower Body line up Calli C did a day ago, using the warm up and cool down only from the 1st video. And it was the first time I tried strength traing (without weight) in my bare feet. It changes the dynamic somewhat for sure. A real sweatfest!! Now for a snack....and the beach!
