February abs2 challenge day 2 (goal setting)

Today’s workout was an upperbody strength routine and it was awesome 😎. Upperbody is my favourite to train, I was sore like 40mins after the workout was over!

I know it’s only 2 days into this program but I’ve noticed I’m not putting so much pressure on myself like I usually do in other programs (where I know I can lift a certain amount etc) I think it’s because I’m focusing on a new goal which has more to do with personal growth and health rather than aesthetics. From this program, I would like to gain well rounded strength and to do so means I have to start at the beginning and work up. Switching up my goal has definitely made each workout (so far 😂) more enjoyable. What are you trying to accomplish during this program?
