Calendar queries

I am new to FBP. I work out with a trainer three days a week on zoom. My trainer is great and I want to use FBP on the other days-three days a week. But if I put in the calendar there is no option for non consecutive days. for example Tuesday Thursday and Sunday. Is there a workaround? Like could I search for some workouts and add manually? I am 57 years old and looking for cardio, core and strength training full body for about 50 minutes.
