“Food for Thought” Feb 1

Hello beautiful Blenders,

Already February. Have you reached a goal which you set for yourself so far food wise? Do you have something planed for February?

I thought I start this week with a question which might be simple, but it is always good to clarify it for yourself. We all talk about healthy diets, balanced diets and clean eating. But what does it actually mean for you? How does it look like?

For me it has something to do with eating mostly real food, but nothing is forbidden. Everything in moderation. My personal struggle in the context of processed food is, is chocolate processed or how to handle not self-made broth or products like hot sauce etc. Many of those products I can only get don’t have a convincing ingredients list. Let me know how you handle such products and integrate them into your diet?
