What does your workout week look like? (if you aren't doing a program or challenge)

Does anyone have a typical workout week that they do? If you haven't scheduled a program or a challenge? I have something that I've been toying with, but would love to get other input. Here is a week that I put together to try to incorporate everything.

Day 1 - UB/LB (or total body) strength

Day 2 - cardio & core

Day 3 - UB/LB (or total body) strength

Day 4 - Stretching/pilates

Day 5 Cardio & core

Day 6 - HIIT & UB/LB or Total body strength

Day 7 - Recovery (walking, hiking, stretching

Kind of boring I think, so would love to see your fitness week :) Thanks!
