arch of feet hurt

SO, I got an annoying problem.

When I do cardio and need to jump a lot or run the arches of my feet start to hurt. I just can't keep on jumping/running due to the pain. I also have this issue when I stand up/walk for a long time (for example at the end of a day at a festival)

I've been to a doctor and I've had arch supports things to put in my shoes. I don't use them anymore because the ones I used to have made my feet hurt quicker.

I'm not sure if I should go back to get other ones or if there's anything I can do about exercises or certain shoes to help this.

Anyone got any experience with this problem?
