I am back (started off with low impact)

I was ill for over a week. Still feel about 10% less not a 100 yet. But, feels good to come back with this feel good, low impact workout. I will do low impacts for the next 3 days and see if I am ready for the heavier routines, then I will finish off my 2 days left on FB Burn round 2. Next week hopefully I will be fully healed and start a new programme.

Thanks FB for this recovery workout. I could sustain doing them through my bouts of coughing.
