I did great this month, but now I’ve got a crick in my neck!

So I’m working through fbfitR2 and I just got to the first day of week 8, yay! But yesterday I woke up with a sore shoulder, and now I can’t turn my head without some pain (ugh). I’m sure it’ll go away in a day or two, but couldn’t it of happened on my rest days? Today is a 1000 calorie workout on the schedule- no way I can do that today. Oh well, I can use a restful Friday night. Hope your workouts are going as scheduled, and always take a rest day if you need it!
