Water

I have a question about water.

I’ve heard different things about when or when not to drink water. First thing in the morning, right before bed, don’t drink while you eat for better digestion, don’t drink 30 min before and after a meal, drink right before a meal then don’t drink for a hour after, drink a gallon a day. Even, “drink a glass of water before a bath to help lower blood pressure.” (???). I don’t think it should be this complicated, and I’m wondering if it’s just a bunch of this “health fad” nonsense. I feel a little confused, and I’m wondering if anyone knows if there are any benefits to drinking water at certain times than others.
