FB Complete Day 12- 1/2 Complete!

So.. this morning i chose to do the "beginner" workout with the resistance bands - i did buy them and hadnt used them yet! after kelly took the band off i put my ankle weights on AND i resisted the urge to use any upper body weights! i certainly did feel it! i used my blue heavy band- i used to take a class at the gym with bands where i was able to use the black band but it was a crazy hiit/cardio class and looking back now im not sure i ever really got anything out of it!

and then i did daniels 17 minute abs - with my ankle weights and weights.

i moved the advanced workout from today to tomoro since its saturday and i have more time even though its my first saturday to work!

and next week- the 1000cal workout ended up on monday so i scheduled it for sat 2/6 💪🏻
