Post-Workout Shakes!

Hey everyone! I'm becoming more interested in my post-workout nutrition, because I'm really not good at eating after workouts. I know I need to eat after workouts to refuel my body, but I just don't have the energy or patience to put together a balanced meal or snack before showering, and by the time I've showered a good amount of time has passed.

All this to say, I'm looking into protein powders to help fill that gap. Not because I'm trying to bulk up or increase my protein intake, but because I think having a shake as a quick option right after a workout will help me refuel better. Any recommendations? Preferably a plant-based powder, so no whey.
