Push-up Group - Week 4: Check in + February Goals

Hello fellow pushers,

It is hard to believe that the first month is almost over and we could already set goals for February.

So what have you accomplished this month? Were you able to train?

This past week I wasn't so sure I'd be able to train for push-ups at all as my back/neck was bothering me (though never when I did push-ups). So I decided to halt FB Complete for a week and do a backhealth class (6 days) by a German physiotherapist. However, I still did my push-up training and am glad to report that I was able to do 3 push-ups in a row with mediocre form -twice! I thought the first time I managed it was a fluke, but I was able to repeat that performance on Monday, so it must be true. Even my form was better on Monday (I'd grade it as a C). So, later today, when I do my workout, I will check on my Monthly Goal (2 push-ups with good form, good form = grade B).

I shall report back then - and also post my training schedule for February.
