Use Me as a Cautionary Tale

I am sooooo burnt out. I did a 1,000 calorie workout yesterday,well last night,really, and then at 10AM I did this 32minute HIIT workout:https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/bodyweight-hiit-cardio-workout-sweaty-at-home-cardio-hiit , and then followed that up with this 20 minute butt and thigh workout: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/at-home-butt-and-thigh-workout-strength-pilates-and-barre-workout

AND, I used weights on that one. To say I am dead is an understatement.

I did not leave enough time between worouts.
