Since I started using Fitness blender I lost what was I felt was extra weight given my body type, improved my stamina, became stronger, and developed a clearer mindset.
Of course this was combined with healthier nutrition, but given that I am a person that snacks quite a bit (I eat 2-3 chunks of chocolate in a day), Fitness blender gave me the ability to burn the unnecessary bits, and to remain healthy at the same time.
I love the structured workouts, the variety and the fact that I never feel like I have even the slightest injury.
Now I do couple HIITs, Cardio and pilates every week, and I feel this is the perfect cure in a lockdown period like this.
