Burn R2 program complete 🥳

Hi everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well. I’ve been stuck at home due to lockdown and lots of snow. So I’ve spent my time focusing on this program and eating, and making some nutritional meals.

This program is one of my favourites and I’m really glad I picked to do this one again. It’s very well thought out and it just suits me. I finished it today, a day later then I planned but hey ho. I still celebrated my achievement, by making myself a butter bean curry for dinner, and now I’m feeling pretty good 👌

Not sure which program to move onto next? I’m thinking maybe fb30 r4? Or another fb30 program? I’m doing ok time wise right now as I’ve kinda got to grips with this home schooling thing. 😬 but I’m not sure if I’m back to work soon so I don’t want to start something I can’t commit enough time to.
