Hi beautiful Blenders,

If you can see from the title of this thread “Food for Thought” got the most votes. So, look out for that.

“You were born to be real, not perfect.”

I thought this quote points into a direction I would like to make today’s discussion about. When we think of healthy eating, many of us have a very precise picture in their head how that looks like, how a perfect, healthy day looks like to be called like that. Do you have such pictures regarding eating right? Do they help you to guide your behaviour or do you feel that it is very difficult to achieve your own standards? If the expectations we have about healthy eating are very high, it is easier too fail. How do you manage your expectations? Do you try to be perfect and a good day is only a perfect day regarding food, or is it ok to be real?

Anyone is welcome to share how their food journey is going. Do you have a good day or are you currently struggling with your food? You don’t have to answer to the discussion questions above. Those are just a suggestion. Anything you like to share about your food is welcome.
