Cheat day(s)!

Welp, Saturday and sunday were my rest days. Also decided to have a cheat day which turned into a cheat weekend (insert eyeroll) pizza, donuts, fritos, pot roast, salty pretzels, and of course a couple beers. Literally sunday night I felt so crappy, tired, and run down. I knew it was from all the junk food i ate. I NEVER eat like that! Not sure what came over me but now that it's out of my system I can safely say it will be a very long time before I put those kinds of food into my body again! I definitely did not like that feeling at all and it's very weird to me how people can function when they eat like that everyday because I wanted to curl up and sleep lol. Happy to be back to eating clean and finishing up last week of FB complete! Anyone else have any cheat day(s) horror stories?!
