Constant hunger

Hello blenders!

The last 10 days I'm constantly hungry! I'm following a meal plan given by nutritionist for the last 3 months and without any other change I just started feeling hungry!

I feel the need to eat bigger portions, more fruits and nuts during the day.

I haven't changed the calories intake or the physical activity.

I thought that I might need more water so I started measuring it, but it's quite the same.

Have any of you experienced something like that? No lifestyle change and yet feeling hungry all the time? Could it be that I'm extra stressed due to some work problems?
