Outside of my comfort zone

I'm on the last day of FB Complete week 3. One of the options was a kettlebell workout with Daniel. I've never ever chosen one of these when creating my own schedule and hadn't had kettlebell in any of the other programs I've tried. I decided to go outside of my comfort zone and try it. I don't own a kettlebell but was able to substitute with dumbbells (all but around the world which is a bit awkward with a dumbbell. I'm sure the hip bruises will heal...). Anyway, I loved it. It just goes to show how versatile FB is and how many different training styles there are on this site to challenge ourselves. I'm proud of myself today for trying something new!
