Week 4 goal evaluation

With 3 longer walks this past week I went over 7000 steps per day. And I started this week strong with a 2 part walk this morning (https://www.fitnessblender.com/community/discussion/24164/monday-walk). Foodwise went okay. My period started yesterday and we visited a friend for his 40th (in his garden, at 1.5 m) who had brownies, so I might have gotten a little off track, but that’s okay for 1 day.. I have lost 1.6 kg since jan 1st (about 3.5 lbs) so things are going okay. Still haven’t had any alcohol since jan 1st. I am happy with how things are going at the moment, I feel good (besides the cramps, but that will pass ;) ), I am enjoying my food, my health, being outside. I am going to try and keep it up, because: "The trajectory of your life bends in the direction of your habits." (James Clear)
