South Korean “Eat Real Food” Recipe Idea

I love Daniel and Kelli for giving us such great ideas for eating clean, real food. However, living in South Korea, it’s difficult to get some of the ingredients sometimes. I also feel that most Korean dishes are really healthy and not heavy on the digestion. Here’s an idea for those of you who can’t get Western ingredients and those of you who love Asian cuisine and would like to try something new! It’s called Tdeok-guk (떡국) or Rice Cake Soup. The broth is so good, you could eat it with anything really, not just rice cake, and if you want vegan or don’t like fish, you can make the broth using shiitake mushrooms instead.
