Progress...in more ways than one!

This is the most encouraging calendar I've had in a long, long time. Those black Rest Day check marks really do make a difference.

This is wonderful progress for me physically (I've been in burnout recovery for the last 2 years) and it's also progress in that I've learned, finally, that my calendar is not written in stone, that it's ok to reschedule, swap, skip or even cancel a workout, regardless of the reason, and not feel guilty about it!

Being able to include walking, spinning, yoga or any other activity in the calendar is a bonus too. It's very, very motivating.

I've adjusted my daily calendar many, many times. And that's more than ok. It's liberating!
