Jumping back in after fractured hand/finger

Hi everyone,

Last october I had a stupid fall down the stairs, and fractured my hand and ringfinger on my left hand. Two nasty fractures, that took a long time to heal. During which I couldn't exercise the way I used to. I could walk ofcourse, and after a few weeks could also ride a bike for short distances. But... other than that, I didn't get much exercise.

But yesterday I finally started working out again! And I was sooooo happy. Also: soooooo tired afterwards, but sooooo happy. I've started the FB Low Impact Round 2 to start things slowly, and I'm glad I started with this one, because I'm having quite the trouble with it. It was a bit scary at first to put my weight on my hands, but ofcourse everything went fine.

I'm a bit sore after having just finished Day 2, but overall am very happy to be starting exercising again. I've missed this. My strength and endurance seems to have completely vanished ;), but I'm sure it will return in time.

Just wanted to share how happy I am. Thanks for reading my ramblings. :)
