Lock down adjustments

Hey FB Family!

I have a question for you.

We've been having one lock down after another since last March in my country. We leave the house maybe once a week. My husband and I moved from a tiny apartment to a considerably more spacious apartment with no downstairs neighbours (yey) in November. So I guess I'll have more space to workout and more freedom to do HIIT from now on.

But having tried to quit smoking about 5 times since two years ago, and having been locked in a tiny apartment 6 days a week, working from home, I gained a lot of weight. Even in this bigger home, I'm still at my biggest.

So before the apocalypse, one program was considered enough. I assume that was considering you'd go about your business during the day, going to work, going up and down some stairs, running to catch the bus, walking more than 5 meters to the office toilet. What now? We never go out, don't move around as much. Would two programs simultaneously be too much?

Has anyone increased their time exercising a day?

Hugs to all from Lisbon 😊
