Does this replace recovery workout?

Hey guys, Im on day 4 of FB30 and its a recovery cardio day, so its relatively easy but today I'm super sore from yesterdays upper body workout, and i already walked 3.3km in the morning. I started the workout but got winded 10 mins in. Do you think I should reschedule the workout for tomorrow and do some light stretching/yoga today, or wait a little bit, get some good nutrition, and give it another go? What do you guys suggest? Oh and tomorrow is going to be a brutal lower body day. Thanks! :)
