Hip pops

Hello FB family,

I'm here with a question today. Since two weeks or so my hips are popping when I'm doing my workouts. It doesn't hurt it just pops with some (and more and more ) movements really loud. It's a weird feeling and noise and I don't like it. Can I do something against it? More stretching? But which stretching routines are good? Anyone has/had the same problem?
